Our Practice What's Next Series with Lisa Van Ahn will explore the importance of self-love, overcoming fear and becoming positive change.

Lisa Van Ahn is the founder of the I AM Initiative, a movement to teaching self-confidence, self-love and self-protection to empower women of all ages. During I Am Initiative workshops, participants discuss topics such as self-esteem, trusting your “gut,” the negative impact of bullying and being a positive force for change in the world.
